I want to thank the Wichita Fraternal order of Police for endorsing my candidacy for Wichita City Council District 4! I appreciate all the hard work they do throughout the City to keep our citizens safe as well as other initiatives and responsibilities they take on such as working with the homeless. I appreciate the support of the Wichita Fraternal order of police.

Honorable City Council,
I wish to advise you that the Friends of the FOP are endorsing Jeff Blubaugh for the city council interim position. Jeff came to us and spoke not just about his qualifications for the position, but also his willingness to work closely with city organizations to come to mutual benefiting decisions. This philosophy, which was also displayed by City Manager Layton when the FOP peacefully met with him to secure a contract, is the same demeanor that Mr. Blubaugh wishes to foster. The FOP looks forward to working closely again with the city manager and city council to find mutually benefiting decisions and the Friends of the FOP believe Jeff Blubaugh is the individual to continue this work.
